Dr. Indrajit Sanyal, Associate Director

  • Dr. Indrajit Sanyal has completed B.Tech (Hons.) and Ph. D from I.I.T.Kharagpur.
  • He is also a fellow in Institution of Engineers (India)
  • He has worked in PSU Bank for about 32 years with different assignments as technical officer, branch administration, treasury, corporate credit etc.
  • He retired as AGM. He has also worked in IBPS Mumbai as faculty (technical) for four years after retirement from bank.
  • The assignments included designing test structure for recruitment and promotion of technical officers in the banking sector as well PSU and conducting assessment centres.
  • He was also a regular visiting faculty in a B-School in Mumbai.

Sudhir B. Mankodi, Associate Director

  • B. Sc., CAIIB, Licentiate Certificate (of Insurance Institute of India)
  • Two professional courses attended at IIM, Kolkata and IIM, Lucknow.
  • 42 years of experience in Banking and Financial Sector (including General Insurance).
  • 13 years of experience in Senior Management and more than 6 years experience in Top Executive Management of State Bank Group.
  • As part of a small Management Team entrusted with the task of setting up two subsidiary companies of SBI which were launched as per the time lines mandated by the Bank.
  • The General Insurance subsidiary involved identification of partners, preparation and execution of Memorandum of Understanding and thereafter negotiating key terms of the JV and getting the same executed.
  • Mandated to set up HR department of the new subsidiary and was designated as the Senior Vice President (HR & Admin).
  • Handled two successful assignments in the area of credit appraisal, follow up and recoveries with clear targets set by the management.
  • He also handled two successful assignments as facilitating controller with40 branches under his charge in two different geographical locations.
  • These assignments involved responsibility for business (in terms of both- top line and bottom line), manpower planning and mobilization of human resources and operational efficiency of the branches.
  • Mentoring, motivation and ensuring excellent team work at the branches for good customer service were some of the hall mark of performance in these roles.
